The said resignation was noted by the Board of Directors. Mr. Rajendra Velagapudi (DIN: 06507627), Managing Director, will assume responsibility for the organization's overall operations effective immediately. Over the next few weeks, Mr. Anthony will smoothly transition the role to Mr. Rajendra, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Further, the disclosure required pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD- PoDl/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, regarding change in KMP is provided in Annexure -1.
