Under this strategic partnership, the two companies will explore opportunities across all classes of real estate, including Residential, Office, Retail and Hospitality Developments.
The real estate projects will be undertaken on a joint venture basis with both Company and Arihant bringing their respective expertise, strengths brand and market knowledge to deliver high quality developments that cater to the evolving needs of the Chennai market.
