Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that in terms of section 10B(1A)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, Reserve Bank of India vide its letter DoR.GOV.No.S1052/08.41.001/2025-26 dated May 09, 2025 has accorded its approval, for re-appointment of Meena Hemchandra as Part-time Chairperson of the Bank as per the terms and conditions, for a period of three years with effect from July 25, 2025 to July 24, 2028.
