Laddu Gopal Online Services has received an order proposal from Chixin Technology Co., for providing digital media marketing and online marketing services. Contract Value is 7,500,000 (approximately Rs 65 crore). Contract Duration is 3 years (from May 9, 2025, to May 8, 2028).
The proposal includes performance reporting, confidentiality clauses, and transfer of IP rights to Chixin Technology. Any intellectual property created by Laddu Gopal in the course of providing the services under this agreement shall be owned by Chixin. This agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.
