In terms of Regulation 6 (1) and Regulation 30 (2) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other regulations, Jainco Projects India has informed that it enclosed the outcome of Board meeting held on 10/05/2025: appointment of Pushpa Nahata (Din: 11078431) as Non-Executive Independent Director, with effective from 10/05/2025; Shareholder approval for appointment of Directors to be taken as per provision of law. Board meeting commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 11.35 am. Further additional information as required in SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 are as per annexure 1.
