JK Paper has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 19th May 2025, at New Delhi, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 st March, 2025. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st April2025 and shall reopen on 22nd May 2025.
