Manorama Industries has informed that it enclosed the notice of Postal Ballot dated April 26, 2025 issued by the Company for seeking approval of Members for matter. The Notice is being sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as received Depositories and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories/RTA as on Friday, May 02, 2025 (Cut-off date). Members holding shares in physical mode and who have not updated their email addresses with the Company are requested to update their email addresses as per the instructions given in the enclosed Notice. The e-voting period will commence from 09:00 AM (IST) on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 05:00 PM (IST).
