Vardhman Special Steels has informed that in continuation to the intimation dated 7th February, 2025, wherein the Company had informed the exchange about Investment of Rs. 2,98,03,440 in Sone Solar Private Limited, towards part payment of second tranche, comprising of 29,80,344, 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 10 each. In this regard, today, on 12th May, 2025, the Company has made a further investment of Rs. 3,66,54,310 in Sone Solar, towards part payment of second tranche, comprising of 29,79,460 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each and 6,85,971, 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 10 each. With this, the aggregate investment of the Company in the equity shares and 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures of Sone Solar stands at Rs 11,32,07,750 and the shareholding of the Company in equity share capital Of Sone Solar will remain the same at 26%.
