Whirlpool of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 20 th May, 2025 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results and statements for the quarter and year ended 31 st March, 2025 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the nancial year ended 31 st March, 2025. As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 01 st April, 2025 and shall remain closed till forty eighty hours from the declaration of the financial results.
