With reference to letter dated 21st April 2025 and Pursuant to provisions of Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made there under and also in compliance with Secretarial Standards and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Ujaas Energy has informed that the 1st Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the company was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th May, 2025 at 02:30 pm at the Registered Office of the Company through physical presence to transact the business listed in the notice dated 21st April 2025 convening the EGM. However, due to lack of quorum required, the said EGM has been adjourned, and now the adjourned EGM will be held on Tuesday, 20th May, 2025 at 02:30 pm at the Registered Office of the Company through physical presence to transact the business listed in the same Notice convening the EGM. The Company is in process of publication of Notice of Adjourned EGM in the Newspaper, as intimation to all shareholders.
