Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule Il of the said regulations, HBL Engineering has informed that on May 13, 2025, the company has received approval from Research Designs and Standard Organization (RDSO) for Version 4.0 of the Kavach Systems. The company is the first Company to receive this approval. HBL can begin deliveries of Kavach System (Version 4.0) against total accumulated order book of Rs. 3,763.83 Crores. These contracts will be completed within 24 months.
