Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’), Signatureglobal (India) has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 15th May, 2025 has approved the grant of 8,50,000 stock options under the Signatureglobal Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
