Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading by designated persons, which is closed since April 01, 2025 shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025.
