ICRA has informed that it enclosed a copy of the notice for attention to the members of the Company, in respect of transfer of equity shares to the IEPF, published in the newspapers on May 16, 2025: 1. Financial Express, 2. Jansatta. The above said notice has been published in compliance with the provisions of section 124(6) and other relevant provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 (the ‘Act’) read with IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (the ‘Rules’), as amended from time to time. Pursuant to the Rules, the due date of transfer of shares (in respect of dividend remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years) to the IEPF Authority shall be September 12, 2025.
