In accordance with the provision of securities and exchange board of india (listing obligations and disclosure requirements regulations), RPP Infra Projects has informed that RPP Infra Projects has been received letter of acceptance for a new projects - PACKAGE - B: Supply of Factory Finished Fabricated Structure of Boiler at Koderma in Jharkhand for Contract Value of approx 154.43 Crores (inc GST). They have received LOA from the Department on 16th May 2025. They will update any further development on the same. In addition to this, attached declaration as per SEBI Circular N0.CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015.
