Power Grid Corporation of India reports marginal fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Power Grid Corporation of India has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 5.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 4336.17 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 4127.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 1.87% at Rs 12482.39 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 12253.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal fall in its net profit at Rs 4142.87 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4166.33 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2.32% at Rs 12590.80 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 12305.39 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported marginal fall in its net profit at Rs 15353.57 crore as compared to Rs 15474.61 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.11% at Rs 46325.32 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 45815.37 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal fall in its net profit at Rs 15521.44 crore as compared to Rs 15573.16 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.16% at Rs 47459.38 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 46913.12 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
