With reference to a letter dated 19th May, 2025 relating to significant movement in price of the shares of TIL (‘the Company’) in the exchanges, TIL has informed that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time. The spurt in volume of scrip / significant movement in the share price is purely market driven. The Company and any of its officials do not have any relations with the share price movement. They have been strictly following all the listing norms for disclosures, insider trading etc. with the stock exchanges regularly.
