JK Tyre & Industries reports 41% decline in Q4 consolidated net profit

JK Tyre & Industries has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 34% fall in its net profit at Rs 96.55 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 146.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2.34% at Rs 2690.54 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2629.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 41.44% decline in its net profit at Rs 102.43 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 174.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.77% at Rs 3779.89 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 3714.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 34.79% fall in its net profit at Rs 385.23 crore as compared to Rs 590.76 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 1.01% at Rs 10244.66 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 10349.49 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 36.44% decline in its net profit at Rs 515.79 crore as compared to Rs 811.48 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 1.82% at Rs 14772.20 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 15046.13 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
