Hyderabad-based, NCC’s promoter group - AVSR Holdings has sold 14,30,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each held in the company and the same number of shares have been acquired by the other promoter companies Arnesh Ventures & Avathesh Property Developers.
The aforesaid transactions are inter-se amongst the promoters and there is no change in the promoters holding consequent to the aforesaid transactions.
NCC is engaged in development of real estate. The company’s projects stand on credentials of its work in various sectors such as Housing, Transportation, Power, water, Metals and Oil and gas.
