In furtherance to the intimation dated March 28, 2025; and pursuant to the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons’ framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (‘the Code’) it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as specified under the Code has been closed with effect from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for quarter ended March 31, 2025.
