PNC Infratech along with its wholly owned subsidiary -- PNC Infra Holdings has transferred their entire stake in ten of the company's Road Assets (Special Purpose Vehicles - SPVs) to Highways Infrastructure Trust (HIT). Accordingly, all the ten SPVs have duly been handed over to HIT to take them forward in terms of the respective concession agreements.
The said SPVs are -- PNC Rajasthan Highways, PNC Chitradurga Highways, PNC Aligarh Highways, PNC Bundelkhand Highways, PNC Khajuraho Highways, PNC Triveni Sangam Highways, PNC Meerut Haridwar Highways, PNC Bithur Kanpur Highways, PNC Unnao Highways and PNC Gomti Highways.
