DLF, the real estate major’s ‘Mall of India’ located in Noida has been awarded gold certification by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED). The mall is constructed using regional and renewable materials with low VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
The soon to be operational mall is the first of its kind to be gold certified for the state-of-the-art features related to building design and construction. The DLF property spans over 2.8 million square feet built up area and is located at the centre of Noida’s commercial district.
