Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Shervani Industrial Syndicate has informed that Mrs. Sheila Singh (DIN: 10731823), has tendered her resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of Board Meeting held today on 22nd May, 2025 due to Health Reasons. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Mrs. Sheila Singh during her association with the Company as an Independent Director. The information in regard to the abovementioned change in the Board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A(7B) of Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI Listing Regulations is enclosed.
