Consequent to the above, Mr. Devendra Kumar Sharma, shall cease to be Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee and Finance & Corporate Affairs Committee of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 26th May, 2025. The details as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is annexed as ‘Annexure-I’. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Devendra Kumar Sharma, is also enclosed as ‘Annexure-II’.
