With reference to the application made by the Company on February 7, 2025, regarding the reclassification of certain shareholders from the ‘Promoters and Promoter Group category’ to ‘Public Category’, Soma Papers & Industries has informed that the Company has received approval from BSE, vide ref. no. LIST/COMP/KR/183/2025-26 dated May 27, 2025 for reclassification of following persons from the Promoters and Promoter Group category to Public Category shareholder in accordance with the Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Reg. 2015. The Promoters and Promoters Group shareholding pre and post reclassification is enclosed. The copy of the approval letter received from BSE is enclosed.
