Deepak Nitrite reports 20% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Deepak Nitrite has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 53.43% fall in its net profit at Rs 53.87 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 115.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 2.19% at Rs 673.43 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 688.51 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 20.23% fall in its net profit at Rs 202.50 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 253.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2.66% at Rs 2202.48 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2145.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 36.22% fall in its net profit at Rs 276.43 crore as compared to Rs 433.43 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 6.05% at Rs 2675.66 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2848.05 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.00% fall in its net profit at Rs 697.37 crore as compared to Rs 810.89 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 7.84% at Rs 8365.79 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7757.93 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
