Bajaj Auto reports 10% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Bajaj Auto has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 5.85% rise in its net profit at Rs 2049.31 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1936.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 5.88% at Rs 12528.73 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 11833.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 10.42% fall in its net profit at Rs 1801.85 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2011.43 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 9.43% at Rs 13038.55 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 11914.94 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 8.99% rise in its net profit at Rs 8151.42 crore as compared to Rs 7478.79 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 11.59% at Rs 51431.25 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 46087.68 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.98% fall in its net profit at Rs 7324.73 crore as compared to Rs 7708.24 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.31% at Rs 52468.96 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 46306.45 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
