Fiem Industries has informed that Thursday, July 24, 2025 has been fixed as Record Date for the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board in their meeting held today at the rate of Rs 30 per equity share of Rs 10 each ( 300%). The Final Dividend, if declared at the ensuing 36th AGM scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, will be paid or dividend warrants/DDs will be dispatched to the shareholders on or before August 14, 2025.
