A copy of the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 along with the Independent Auditor Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company is enclosed. 2. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Ms R.Rani, as Woman Director, DIN: 11131477. (designated as Non-Executive Independent). 3. The Board took note of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year 2024- 25. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.32 am and concluded at 4.15 pm.
