CTIL has received an approval to form a subsidiary company with the name ‘CTIL e-housing’ or any other name as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. The board of director at its meeting held on September 04, 2013 has approved for the same. The board has also authorized the Director of the company to take necessary further action.
