With reference to the Outcome of Board meeting held on 30th May, 2025 submitted in pursuance of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), as amended from time to time, Intec Capital has informed that the period of appointment of Secretarial auditor has been inadvertently mentioned incorrect in the intimation submitted i.e. The Board on recommendation of Audit Committee has appointed Srishti Singh & Associates, Company Secretary in Practice, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2024-25. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the Outcome of Board Meeting dated 30th May, 2025 originally submitted on 30th May, 2025 in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), and shall be read in conjunction with the Outcome of Board Meeting. All other contents of the Outcome of Board Meeting, save and except as modified by this communication, shall remain unchanged and stand unaltered. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is provided in Annexure A.
