Deepak Builders & Engineers India has emerged as L1 bidder for Planning, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Unity Mall including all other works contingent thereto on EPC mode basis, with a bid project cost of Rs 120.85 crore (Excluding GST) and Rs 142.60 crore (with GST) from HSIIDC Industrial Estate Karnal, Authority, Haryana. The duration for completion of the said project is 24 months.
