Central Bank of India has informed that Central Bank of India has acquired equity stake of 25.18% shares of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company (FGILICL) pursuant to receipt of Letter of Intent dated 20th August, 2024 under Regulation 29 of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is given in enclosed Annexure A.
