Imagicaaworld Entertainment has executed facility agreement with HDFC Bank for availing loan facilities in connection with financing of purchase consideration for the Park Business Undertaking that is Wet’n Joy (Amusement Park and Water Park) at Lonavala and Wet’n Joy (Water Park and Saiteerth Devotional Theme Park) at Shirdi acquired from Giriraj Enterprises pursuant to Business Transfer Agreement executed between the Company and Giriraj Enterprises.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
