Goodyear India’s production plus import of tyres data of the company for April-June, 2013 stood at 371,844 tyres. In the month of April, the company’s production plus import of tyres data stood at 120,621 tyres of which M&HCV (Bias), Passenger Car &UV, Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) (Bias), Tractor Front, Tractor Rear and Off the Road (OTR) stood at 744 units, 880 units, 397 units, 60,279 units, 58,284 units and 37 units respectively.
For the month of May, the company’s production plus import of tyres data stood at 127,547 tyres of which M&HCV (Bias), Passenger Car &UV, Tractor Front, Tractor Rear and OTR stood at 345 units, 1,707 units, 63,059 units, 62,424 units and 12 units respectively.
Similarly, for the month of June, the company’s production plus import of tyres data stood at 123,676 tyres of which M&HCV (Bias), Passenger Car &UV, Tractor Front, Tractor Rear and OTR stood at 6 units, 849 units, 61,651 units, 61,158 units and 12 units respectively.
Goodyear India is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing automotive tyres, tubes and flaps. Automotive tyres include farm, truck and passenger tyres. Other products of the company include tubes/flaps, rubber products and two and three-wheeler tyres.
