Techindia Nirman has informed that in refer to the intimation email dated 7th January, 2025 regarding initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Corporate Debtor and appointment of Vallabh Narayandas Sawana bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02652/2022- 2023/14114 as the Interim Resolution Professional vide an order of Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench dated November 2nd January, 2025 (the copy of the order has been served upon the Company by the Interim Resolution Professional on 7th January, 2025 since the IRP received the order on 7th January, 2025), and pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, the Eighth meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Techindia Nirman (Corporate Debtor) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th June, 2025 at 4.30 PM as per the provisions of Regulation 17, 18 & 19 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. This is a Pre Facto intimation of the meeting of the CoC.
