Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that ESG Risk Assessments and Insights (SEBI Registered ESG rating provider), vide its communication dated June 09, 2025, has assigned ESG score of 64.03 for the Financial Year 2023-24 to the bank, as part of their annual ESG assessment process. Further, the company has informed that the Bank has not engaged ESG Risk Assessments and Insights. They have independently determined the ESG score based on the public disclosures made by the Bank and publicly available information pertaining to the Financial Year 2023-24.
