Orient Green Power Company has received approval from board of directors to implement the solar power project through multiple EPC contractors and locations to expedite execution. The company has also received approval to enter into an EPC contract with Remon Solutions (REMON) for a 7.00 MW AC (9.80 MW DC) project in Tiruttani Taluk, Tamil Nadu.
The Rights Issue Committee of Board of Directors, in its meeting held on June 10, 2025 reviewed the status of the proposed solar project and approved the same.
