Garnet International has informed that company has received an email from BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) regarding an alleged violation by a related entity of Designated Person under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company has taken serious cognizance of this matter and currently reviewing the details. The company will take appropriate penal action in due course, in accordance with the company's code of conduct and SEBI regulations. Further, in terms of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/135 dated July 23, 2020, the details of the violation of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 by the Immediate relative of Designated Person in the format prescribed in the said Circular is enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
