Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Talbros Engineering has informed about the following change in the Company Secretary (CS) (Key Managerial Personnel), Compliance Officer (CO)and Nodal Officer of the Company: • Divam Mittal (PAN: EPRPM0895F and ICSI Membership No.: ACS 74699), Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the aforementioned positions in order to pursue opportunities outside the Company. His resignation shall be effective from the close of business hours on Monday, June 30, 2025. The Letter of Resignation along with detailed reasons for resignation is enclosed as Annexure - A. The Company has initiated the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the said position and shall duly inform the Stock Exchanges in due course.
