Markolines Pavement Technologies has informed that the Company has received 2 Work Orders cumulatively amounting to Rs.16,75,82,305 (inclusive of GST) from Vadodara Kim Expressway for Rain Cut Repair works at its project site. The details of these work orders are mentioned in Annexure-I and Annexure-II respectively to this letter, in accordance with the circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 issued by SEBI. None of the directors or promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the work orders/contracts are received and the intimation of Work Orders does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. All the work orders/contracts are received from domestic entities.
