Orient Green Power Company has informed that it updated on the status of its 25.00 MW AC (35.00 MW DC) Solar Power Project in Tamil Nadu (Phase-1 Power Project), being developed through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Delta Renewable Energy (DELTA). This follows our earlier intimation dated December 02, 2024. The Rights Issue Committee of Board of Directors, in its meeting held today (June 10, 2025), reviewed the status of the proposed solar project and approved the following: Implementing the solar power project through multiple EPC contractors and locations to expedite execution; Entering into an EPC contract with Remon Solutions Private Limited (REMON) for a 7.00 MW AC (9.80 MW DC) project in Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu The Board has already authorized the Rights Issue Committee to decide on terms and conditions for appointing EPC contractors, including change of vendor, technology, capacity and location within Tamil Nadu and accordingly the committee made the decision today. The meeting took place from 9:15 am to 9:45 am.
