Sagarsoft (India) has informed that the company will be holding the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, the 07th July, 2025 at 4.00 pm through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means to transact the business as contained in the notice of the said meeting to be sent to our shareholders and others entitled to receive the same in due course. Further, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of our company will remain closed during the period from 01.07.2025 to 07.07.2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for voting and the dividend proposed to be declared at the said AGM.
