Burnpur Cement has informed that abased on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today June 2025, appointed Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, (Firm Registration Number: 007895N) as Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in General Meeting, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to resignation of Agarwal HP & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ranchi and who shall hold office until the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Details with respect to change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 read with schedule Il of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, and the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 are annexed herewith as Annexure- A. The Meeting commenced at 3.45 PM and concluded 4.15 PM.
