Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Orient Green Power Company has informed that one of its subsidiaries, Delta Renewable Energy has signed and executed an EPC Contract, today June 11, 2025 for development of 7.00 MW AC (9.80 MW DC) Solar Power Project in Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu with Remon Solutions (EPC Contractor). The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI /HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-I.
