Race Eco Chain’s subsidiary -- Ganesha Recycling Chain has made an investment in M/s GEM Polymers. GEM Polymers is a subsidiary of Ganesha Recycling Chain and a step-down subsidiary of the company. GEM Polymers is engaged in the business of recycling.
As part of this investment, 5,00,000 equity shares of M/s GEM Polymers having a face value of Rs 10 each have been allotted at a price of Rs 100 per share (comprising a premium of Rs 90 per share). The total investment amounts to Rs 5.00 crore.
