Imagicaaworld Entertainment has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Imagicaa NEXT’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has issued the certificate of incorporation on June 16, 2025. The newly incorporated entity belongs to recreation and entertainment sector.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 28, 2025 had approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
