Swadeshi Polytex has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular (Ref No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20) dated April 2, 2019 and trading restrictions placed by the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025, for all the promoters/ Promoter Group/ Directors/ KMP/ Employees of the Company including designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, covered under the code. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 will be informed in due course.
