Murudeshwar Ceramics has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by the designated persons and their Immediate Relatives will remain closed from July 01, 2025 and the same will be opened after expiry of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending June 30, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all connected persons/designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal/ trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
