Aegis Vopak Terminals and Sea Lord Containers have executed business transfer agreement (BTA) to acquire LPG Terminal having Cryogenic static LPG storage capacity of 82,000 MT at New Mangalore Port, from Sea Lord Containers, via slump sale basis on going concern basis on such terms and conditions as contained in the BTA resulting in new capacity addition at Mangalore.
